Alicante airport voted the best in Europe

The Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández airport, located in El Altet, has been awarded the ‘Best Airport in Europe’ award in the category of 15-25 million passengers by the International Airports Council based on user surveys. This is the third time the airport has won the award, having previously won it in 2018 and 2019. The ASQ program, which measures passenger perception of airport services through questionnaires on aspects such as access, facilities, staff friendliness, safety, and security waiting times, is used to select airport winners. Other Spanish airports, including Palma de Mallorca, Asturias, Reus, Pamplona, the International Region of Murcia, and El Hierro, have also received ACI awards.
